نقش اخلاق فضیلت محور درآموزش وپرورش تعهد حرفهای پزشکی

چکیده
در سالهای اخیر هیچ عنوانی در آموزش پزشکی، به اندازه مسأله «تعهد حرفهای پزشکی» مورد توجه نبوده است. فقدان تعهد و اخلاق حرفهای در پزشکی، دغدغه اصلی پزشکان، متخصصان آموزش پزشکی و متخصصان اخلاق و همچنین جامعه، می باشد. اگرچه الزامات و محظورات اخلاقی، اجتماعی، تاریخی، و قانونی در حرفه پزشکی مهم هستند، ولی اخلاق حرفهای باتکیه بر آموزههای اخلاق فضیلتگرا،یک نیار اساسی است. جوامع حرفهای و جامعه عمومی با مفهوم فضیلتهای اخلاقی از دسترفته در پزشکی دست به گریبان هستند. آیا این فضایل قابل بازیابی و رشد هستند؟ و این امر چگونه امکان دارد؟
تأکید اصلی این مقاله بر تئوری اخلاق فضیلت محور و بهرهگیری از آن در شکل دهی به منش و رفتار پزشکان است. به علاوه، آموزش فضایل اخلاقی و حمایت از تعهد حرفهای است. این مقاله تلاش میکند با مرور جنبههای مختلف اخلاق فضیلت محور در حرفه پزشکی، رویکردهای لازم در آموزش پزشکی برای شکلدادن به منش و رفتار حرفهای و لزوم آموزش این ویژگیها و رفتارهای فضیلت محور را یادآور شود.
