ارتباط عوامل بافتاری و نیازهای معنوی با بهزیستی معنوی در بیماران مبتلا بیماری دیابت

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دیابت به عنوان شایعترین بیماری مزمن متابولیک با ایجاد بحران در ابعاد جسمی، روانی و معنوی، باعث افزایش استفاده از منابع معنوی به عنوان یک مکانیسم مقابلهای میشود. از متغیرهایی که موجب تقویت بعد معنوی میشود، بهزیستی معنوی است که ابعاد مختلف زندگی انسان را هماهنگ میکند و جهت سازگاری با بیماری لازم است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین عوامل بافتاری و نیازهای معنوی با بهزیستی معنوی در بیماران دیابتی انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه بیماران دیابتی شهرستان ساری بودند که به ازای پارامترهای پژوهش تعداد 113 نفر به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها و ارزیابی از ابزار بهزیستی معنوی پیترمن، مقیاس نیازهای معنوی بسینگ و مقیاس عوامل بافتاری ماریان استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش آماری تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام و نرمافزار SPSS 21 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نیاز وجودی، نیاز مذهبی و نیاز به آرامش درونی (0/001>P) به صورت مثبت و معنیدار بیشترین سهم (0/47=R2) را در پیشبینی بهزیستی معنوی داشتند. ابعاد بهداشت، اقتصادی، آموزشی، مسکونی و پزشکی عوامل بافتاری (001/0>P) بیشترین سهم (0/51=R2) را در پیشبینی بهزیستی معنوی داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پیش از اجرای طرح، تمامی مشارکتکنندگان برگههای رضایت آگاهانه را امضا کردند.
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین میتوان گفت که مؤلفههای نیازهای معنوی و عوامل بافتاری به عنوان دو سازه روانشناختی میتوانند در بهزیستی معنوی بیماران نقش داشته باشند. بنابراین توصیه میشود که تدوین برنامه و رویکردهایی در جهت توجه به نیازهای معنوی بیماران و عوامل محیطی تأثیرگذار بر بیماری در راستای ارتقای بهزیستی معنوی آنان فراهم سازند.
