مقایسه سطح تکامل اخلاقی پرستاران در بیمارستانهای آموزشی و خصوصی شهر مشهد

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به تغییرات به وجودآمده در زمینه سلامت از جمله استفاده از فناوریهای روز، تفاوت در خواسته و نیازهای افراد، تغییرات الگویی بیماریها، افزایش آگاهی عموم، ضرورت استفاده از رویکرد اخلاقی بیش از پیش احساس میشود، لذا این مطالعه با هدف سنجش سطح تکامل اخلاقی پرستاران در بیمارستانهای مشهد و مقایسه آنان در بین پرستاران بیمارستانهای آموزشی و غیر آموزشی طراحی و اجرا شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی در سطح چهار بیمارستان خصوصی و آموزشی شهر مشهد در سال 1397 به روس نمونهگیری آسان بر روی 198 پرستار پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه و با استفاده از ابزار استاندارد کولبرگ انجام شد و دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: در این مطالعه 198 پرستار با میانگین سنی 7/80±35/86 و میانگین سابقه کاری 7/03±10/73 شرکت نمودند. میانگین نمره NP، 6/84±45/29 و میانگین نمره CP، 03/91±20/09 در پرستاران بود و اختلاف معنیداری در بیمارستانهای خصوصی و آموزشی در این زمینه مشاهده نشد. همچنین بین عوامل دموگرافیک و نمرات مذکور به جز در بخش مراقبت ویژه، ارتباط آماری معنیداری مشاهده نشد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: كسب رضايت آگاهانه از شركتكنندگان و رعايت اصل محرمانگي پيوسته مد نظر بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج به دستآمده مشخص شد كه نمره سطح تكامل اخلاقی از میانگین نمره بالاتر است، ولی تا سطح مطلوب نیز فاصله دارد، اغلب پرستاران در سطوح عرفی و پس عرفی میباشند، اما شمار قابل توجهی هم در سطح پیش عرفی هستند. از طرف دیگر با توجه به تأثیر محیط و عملكرد حرفهای پرستاران بر الگوپذیری و یادگیری دانشجویان، انتظار میرود ارتقای بعد اخلاقی عملكرد حرفهای پرستاران به خصوص در بیمارستانهای آموزشی در اولویت برنامههای توانمندسازی كادر پرستاری قرار گیرد و عملکرد اخلاقی پرستاران مورد نظارت و ارزشیابی قرار گیرد.
