اثربخشی آموزش عفو مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی (قرآن و احادیث) بر افزایش صمیمیت زوجین و ابعاد آن: تلویحاتی برای درمان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: عفو میتواند به عنوان مانعی در برابر اثرات هیجانهای منفی ناشی از تعارضات زوجین باشد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش عفو مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی (قرآن و احادیث) بر صمیمیت زوجین و ابعاد آن در زوجین مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر شهرکرد انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مداخله نیمه آزمایشی که با استفاده از دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل انجام شد، 20 زوج که به دلیل مشکلات زناشویی به مراکز مشاوره شهر شهرکرد مراجعه کرده بودند، با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. با کمک پرسشنامه صمیمیت زوجین، ابتدا میزان صمیمیت زوجین قبل از مداخله بر روی هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل اندازهگیری شد (پیشآزمون). بعد از مداخله (آموزش عفو مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی) بر روی گروه آزمایش در طی 9 جلسه هفتگی 90 دقیقهای، پرسشنامه مجدداً بر روی هر دو گروه اجرا شد (پسآزمون). دادهها با کمک آمارههای توصیفی و روش کوواریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که آموزش عفو مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی تأثیر معنیداری بر صمیمیت زوجین و شش بعد به اسم صمیمیت عاطفی، ارتباطی، مذهبی، فیزیکی، روانشناختی و بعد کلی داشت (p<0/01).
ملاحظات اخلاقی: قبل از انجام پژوهش، هدف مطالعه برای شرکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد تا با رضایت کامل مشارکت داشته باشند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از این بود که از آموزش عفو مبتنی بر دیدگاه اسلامی میتواند در طرحریزی مداخلههای درمانی استفاده نمود.
