جنبههای فرهنگی اخلاق در رواندرمانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تغییراتی همچون جهانیسازی و مهاجرت که در سالهای اخیر به طور گستردهای در سطح بینالمللی به وقوع پیوستهاند، تعاملات فرهنگی را افزایش داده و جوامع کنونی را عمدتاً به جوامع چند فرهنگی مبدل کردهاند. در چنین شرایطی، آگاهی از فرهنگهای حاکم بر جوامع مختلف، نقش فرهنگ در تشخیص، درمان و نمود علائم اختلالهای روانی و نیز آگاهی از تأثیر فرهنگ درمانگر و مراجع بر فرآیند درمانی امری ضروری است. هدف از مقاله حاضر، بررسی جنبههای فرهنگی اخلاق در کشورهای مختلف دنیا از جمله آسیای شرقی، هندوستان، کشورهای منطقه خاورمیانه (مانند ایران)، آفریقا، کشورهای اروپایی لاتین، ایالات متحده آمریکا میباشد.
مواد و روشها: در این مقاله مروری روایتی، جستجوی نظاممند برای مقالات انگلیسیزبان، دارای متن كامل و قابلدسترس، در بازه زمانی سالهای 2005 تا 2015 با واژگان كلیدی «Culture»، «Ethics»، «Psychotherapy»، «Cultural Differences»، در پایگاههای PubMed، Science Direct و Google Scholar صورت گرفت. از میان 116 مقاله یافتشده، 24 مقالۀ مرتبط، مطالعه و تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: تفاوتهای فرهنگی در بین جوامع مختلف به حدی است که نادیدهگرفتن آنها میتواند به افت عملکرد درمانی درمانگر و نتایج درمانی ضعیف منتهی شود. همچنین بررسی متون نشان میدهد که کدهای اخلاقی APA روانشناسان را به داشتن دانش و آگاهی از تفاوتهای فرهنگی، فردی و احترام متقابل به حقوق اساسی، عزت و مقام همه انسانها ملزم میکند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: صداقت و امانتداری در گزارش متون، استناددهی به منابع و پرهیز از هر گونه سوگیری رعایت گردید.
نتیجهگیری: اگرچه ممکن نیست درمانگر با همه فرهنگها آشنایی داشته باشد، اما نتایج نشان میدهند آگاهی درمانگر از زمینه فرهنگی خودش و نیز درک و پذیرش تفاوتهای فرهنگی خود با مراجعین، میتواند به پیشبرد مؤثر فرآیند درمانی و بهبود کیفیت آن کمک نماید. به علاوه نیاز گستردهای به تبیین کدهای اخلاقی متناسب با فرهنگ جوامع مختلف وجود دارد.
