هوش اخلاقی و ابعاد آن در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر اراک

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ابعاد هوش اخلاقی پرستاران نقش مهمی در نگرش آنها نسبت به رعایت موازین اخلاقی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان هوش اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهرستان اراک انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در پژوهش توصیفی ـ مقطعی حاضر، 176 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر اراک در سال 1394، به روش نمونهگیری دومرحلهای (سهمیهای ـ تصادفی) وارد مطالعه شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی جمعآوری و با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS 16 تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت شفاهی شرکتکنندگان برای شرکت در پژوهش کسب و درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات به آنان اطمینان داده شد.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره کلی هوش اخلاقی برابر 10/28±77/32 محاسبه گردید. همچنین میانگین بعد درستکاری 4/13±31/4، بعد مسؤولیتپذیری 3/56±23/29، بعد دلسوزی 1/3±7/75 و بخشش 2/3±15/22 به دست آمد. سطح هوش اخلاقی در 33 نفر از شرکتکنندگان (18/8 درصد) ضعیف، در 67 نفر (38/1 درصد) خوب، در 56 نفر (31/8 درصد) خیلیخوب و در20 نفر (11/4 درصد) از سطح خیلی بالایی برخوردار بود. ارتباط آماری معنیداری بین هوش اخلاقی و ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی مشاهده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: سطح مطلوب هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران نشانگر اهمیت کسب ارزشهای اخلاقی نزد آنها و به طور غیر مستقیم نمودی از عملکرد اخلاقی پرستاران در محیطهای بالینی است. بنابراین پیشنهاد میگردد، مدیران مراکز درمانی راهکارهایی را نظیر برگزاری دورههای آموزشی، جهت تقویت هوش اخلاقی پرستاران اتخاذ نمایند.
