کیفیت ارتباط پرستاران و رابطه آن با تنشهای روانی و ادراک دشواری کار در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهرستان ملایر

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پژوهشها پرستاران را از نظر ارتباطی ضعیف عنوان کردهاند. بنابراین ضروری است نحوه ارتباط پرستاران در موقعیتهای مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از این رو این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه کیفیت ارتباط پرستاران با همسر، همکار و بیمار و رابطه آن با تنشهای روانی و ادراک دشواری کار در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهرستان ملایر انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر مقطعی (توصیفی ـ همبستگی) بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران متأهل و شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهرستان ملایر در سال 1395 بودند که (115 نفر) به صورت نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای به کار گرفتهشده، پرسشنامه کیفیت ارتباط پرستار، پرسشنامه تنش روانی (PSQ) و مقیاس دشواری کار بود. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه (ANOVA)، آزمون بونفرونی و همبستگی پیرسون و نرمافزار SPSS 22 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین کیفیت ارتباط پرستار با همسر، با کیفیت ارتباط با همکار و بیمار به ترتیب با میانگین 42/12±91/08، 12/39±83/45 و 13/01±81/45 وجود دارد (p=0/001 ،F=18/36)، اما تفاوت معناداری بین کیفیت ارتباطی پرستار با همکار و با بیمار وجود ندارد (p=0/690). نتایج همبستگی نشان داد همبستگی منفی و معناداری بین تنش روانی با کیفیت ارتباطی پرستار با همکار (p=0/049 ،r=0/19) و بیمار (p=0/002 ،r=0/30) وجود دارد. همچنین بین ادراک از دشواری کار با کیفیت ارتباطی پرستار با بیمار همبستگی منفی و معناداری وجود داشت (p=0/030 ،r=0/21).
ملاحظات اخلاقی: ابتدا مجوز لازم از شبکه بهداشت و درمان ملایر کسب شد و آنگاه پس از مراجعه به بیمارستانها در مورد داوطلبانهبودن شرکت در پژوهش و پنهانماندن اطلاعات شخصی توضیح داده شد تا نمونهها با رضایت شرکت کنند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش، پرستاران از نظر ارتباطی ضعیف نیستند و با توجه به مخاطب خود و برخی عوامل دیگر رفتار میکنند و میتوان آموزش و مداخله در بهبود تنشهای روانی و ادراک دشواری کار پرستاران را به عنوان یک روش مؤثر در افزایش کیفیت ارتباطی آنان پیشنهاد داد.
