نقش سلامت معنوی، تنظیم هیجان و باورهای فراشناختی در گرایش به سوء مصرف مواد در نوجوانان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نوجوانی دوره حساس به همراه عوامل تهدیدکننده بسیار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش سلامت معنوی، تنظیم هیجان و باورهای فراشناختی در گرایش به سوء مصرف مواد در نوجوانان انجام شده است.مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بر روی 230 نفر از دانشآموزان دختر و پسر مقطع دبیرستان شهرستان تربت حیدریه در سال تحصیلی 95-94 که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفته است. پس از اخذ رضایت اگاهانه، شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامههای سلامت معنوی، تنظیم هیجان، فراشناخت و گرایش به مصرف مواد را به شیوه خوداظهاری تکمیل نمودند. تحلیل دادهها به روش رگرسیون همزمان و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 21 انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین و انحراف معیار متغیر گرایش به سوء مصرف مواد به ترتیب 6/12±13/61، سلامت معنوی 13/20±86/38، تنظیم هیجان 8/58±42/89، فراشناخت 10/05±70/23 میباشد. بین گرایش به مصرف مواد با سلامت معنوی و تنظیم هیجان ارتباط معکوس (p<0/01) و با باورهای فراشناختی ارتباط مستقیم (p<0/05) وجود داشت و متغیرهای پیشبین توانستند 25% از تغییرات متغیر ملاک را پیشبینی نمایند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: قبل از انجام پژوهش، هدف مطالعه برای شرکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد تا با رضایت کامل مشارکت داشته باشند.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد با افزایش سلامت معنوی و تنظیم هیجان گرایش به مصرف مواد کمتر و با افزایش باورهای فراشناختی گرایش به مصرف مواد بیشتر میشود. از این رو توجه به این عوامل در گرایش به مصرف مواد نیازمند تمهید مداخلات و اقدامات پیشگیرانه میباشد.
