تأثیر رابطه پزشک و بیمار بر رفتار اطلاعیابی سلامت بیماران دیابتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رابطه مطلوب پزشک و بیمار و ارائه هرچه صحیحتر خدمات منجر به کنترل و بهبود بیماری میگردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر رابطه پزشک و بیمار بر رفتار اطلاعیابی سلامت بیماران دیابتی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است که بر روی 362 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به دیابت مراجعهکننده به مراکز درمانی دولتی شهر اصفهان در سال 1392 انجام شده است. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی طبقهای صورت گرفت. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه lango بوده است. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 20 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت آگاهانه شفاهی شرکتکنندگان کسب و به آنان اطمینان خاطر داده شد که اطلاعات جمعآوریشده محرمانه نگاه داشته خواهد شد.
یافتهها: از دیدگاه بیماران بین رفتار اطلاعیابی افرادی که به پزشک خود متکی هستند با افرادی که به پزشک متکی نیستند، در بعد دریافت اطلاعات، تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (0/003=P). همچنین بین مشورت با پزشک و سه بعد از ابعاد چهارگانه رفتار اطلاعیابی سلامت بیماران دیابتی و بین رضایت از انتقال اطلاعات پزشکی به بیمار با بعد منابع اطلاعاتی رفتار اطلاعیابی بیماران رابطه معنیداری وجود داشت (0/05>P). در بررسی رابطه بین رضایت از انتقال اطلاعات پزشکی به بیمار با رفتار اطلاعیابی سلامت بیماران، تنها بین مؤلفه کسب اطلاعات از رسانههای سنتی در افراد راضی و افراد ناراضی از شیوه انتقال اطلاعات از پزشک تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (0/05>P).
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها حاکی از تأثیر رابطه پزشک و بیمار بر رفتار اطلاعیابی سلامت بیماران مورد مطالعه بود، لذا توصیه میشود پزشک اطلاعات لازم را در حین مشاوره در اختیار بیماران قرار دهد که این امر مستلزم شناسایی نیازهای اطلاعاتی بیماران و توجه به رفتار اطلاعیابی سلامت آنان است.
