پیشبینی سلامت روان بر اساس هوش اخلاقی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در دانشجویان پرستاری

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پرستاران به عنوان بازوی توانمند سیستم خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، نقش به سزایی در تحول و پیشرفت امور مراقبتی، درمانی، بهبود و ارتقای سلامت ایفا میکنند، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی سلامت روان بر اساس هوش اخلاقی و انعطافپذیری شناختی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در سال تحصیلی 1395 جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تشکیل میدادند که از میان آنها با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای 300 دانشجو انتخاب شده و به پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدنبرگ، پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی، پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری شناختی پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون تحت نرمافزار SPSS 19 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین هوش اخلاقی با سلامت روان همبستگی مثبت معنادار (r=0/32 ،p>0/01) و بین انعطافپذیری شناختی و سلامت روان همبستگی مثبت معنادار (r=0/12 ،p>0/01) وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون آشکار کرد که 18% از کل واریانس سلامت روان به وسیله متغیرهای هوش اخلاقی و انعطافپذیری شناختی پیشبینی میشود.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: قبل از اجرای پرسشنامهها، ابتدا در مورد هدف از این پژوهش و همچنین محرمانهبودن نتایج به مشارکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد تا با رضایت آگاهانه در این پژوهش شرکت کنند.
نتیجهگیری: به طورکلی نتایج نشان میدهد که سلامت روانی افراد در زمینههای جسمانی، روانی و اجتماعی تحت تأثیر هوش اخلاقی و انعطافپذیری شناختی افراد با مسائل قرار میگیرد، لذا پیشنهاد میشود برای بهبود سلامت روان به بعد اخلاقی و انعطافپذیری آنان توجه بیشتری مبذول گردد.
