ارتباط نگرش معنوی و امیدواری با کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان مبتلا به بیماری مزمن

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: میزان بقای کودکان مبتلا به بیماریهای مزمن، در سالهای اخیر افزایش یافته و تمرکز بر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی آنان به جای مداخلات فوری، توصیه میشود. این مطالعه ـ همبستگی با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین نگرش معنوی و امیدواری با کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان مبتلا به بیماری مزمن انجام شده است.
روش: جامعه پژوهش، نوجوانان مبتلا به بیماریهای مزمن بودند که در بخشهای مختلف بیمارستانهای مرکز طبی کودکان، مفید، انستیتو کانسر و مسیح دانشوری
بستری شده یا به درمانگاههای مذکور مراجعه نمودند. 134 نوجوان به روش نمونهگیری آسان و براساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری دادهها، شامل «پرسشنامه ویژگیهای جمعیت شناختی»، «مقیاس نگرش معنوی نوجوانان»، «مقیاس امیدواری نوجوانان» و «سیاهه کیفیت زندگی کودکان» بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون در نرمافزار 19 SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: در این پژوهش، 134 نوجوان 18-13 ساله مبتلا به بیماریهای مزمن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند که میانگین و انحراف معیار سن آنها 2/033±15/03 بود. نگرش معنوی (0/05>p و 0/184=r) و امیدواری نوجوانان (0/05>p و 0/176=r) با کیفیت زندگی آنها ارتباط مثبت معنیدار داشت. همچنین بین نگرش معنوی و امیدواری (0/05>p و 0/406=r) ارتباط معنیدار وجود داشت. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد که نگرش معنوی، نوع پذیرش در بیمارستان و تحصیلات پدر، 14/6 درصد از تغییرات کیفیت زندگی را تبیین میکنند.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها حاکی از آن است که عواملی مانند هدفمندبودن در زندگی، اعتقاد به خدا و خوشبینی به عنوان اجزای تشکیلدهنده نگرش معنوی و امیدواری، سبب ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در نوجوانان مبتلا به بیماریهای مزمن میگردد.
