بهینه سازی شستشوی خاک آلوده به فنانترن به روش سطح پاسخ

چکیده
زمينه و هدف: شستشوی خاک با کمک سورفاکتانتها یک فن آوری با پتانسیل بالا برای حذف PAHs از خاک و انتقال آنها به فاز آبی میباشد. عملکرد این فرآیند تحت تاثیر پارامترهایی از قبیل غلظت سورفاکتانت، زمان شستشو، نسبت حجم محلول سورفاکتانت به خاک (L/S) و حضور مواد آلی طبیعی میباشد، که در این پژوهش با استفاده از سورفاکتانت غیر یونی Tween 80 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روشها: به نمونههای خاک آلوده شده به فنانترن، محلول سورفاکتانت با سه غلظت mg/l 500، 2750 و 5000، نسبتهای حجم محلول سورفاکتانت به خاک v/w) ml/g)10، 20، 30، سه سطح غلظتی اسید هیومیک (به عنوان مواد آلی طبیعی) 0، 10 و 20 میلی گرم بر لیتر اضافه و به مدت 2، 13و24 ساعت بر روی شیکر قرار داده شدند. پس از طی زمانهای مذکور از محلولها نمونه برداری شد و نمونهها برای سنجش غلظت فنانترن به HPLC تزریق شدند. این مطالعه بر اساس طراحی مرکب مرکزی با استفاده از روش سطح پاسخ در 29 دوره آزمایش انجام و از نرم افزارهای Design-Expert V.7 و Excel برای طراحی و آنالیز نمونهها استفاده شد و دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس (ANOVA) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
يافتهها: حداکثر راندمان حذف (35/77%) در غلظت سورفاکتانت 5000mg/l، نسبت محلول سورفاکتانت به خاک v/w 30، زمان شستشوی 24 ساعت و عدم حضور اسید هیومیک به دست آمد. غلظت سورفاکتانت با میزان تاثیر برابر با 03/82% موثرترین عامل در حذف فنانترن بود. فاکتور L/S نیز دیگر عامل معنی دار (0001/0= PValue) بود. همچنین بر هم کنش دو فاکتور غلظت سورفاکتانت و L/S نیز دارای تاثیر مثبت معنی دار بر حذف فنانترن بوده است. اما اسید هیومیک (797/0= PValue) و مدت زمان شستشو (136/0= PValue) فاکتورهای معناداری نبودند.
نتيجه گيري: با در نظر گرفتن شرایط طبیعی خاکهای ایران که حاوی حدود 3 تا 6 درصد مواد آلی میباشند، شرایط بهینه شستشوی خاک آلوده به غلظت بالایی از فنانترن (حدود 500 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک) در حداقل زمان شستشو بر مبنای پیشنهاد روش سطح پاسخ با مطلوبیت 1/95% عبارتست از غلظت سورفاکتانت mg/l 500، (v/w L/S) 30 زمان شستشو 2 ساعت و mg/l 1/2 (3/6%) اسید هیومیک می باشد.
