بررسی نگرش کارکنان آموزش دهنده سلامت نسبت به آموزش به مراجعه کنندگان و اثربخشی آن : مطالعه ای مقطعی در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان قائمشهر

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: آموزش بهداشت یکی از وظایف مهم کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش نسبت به آموزش به مراجعه کنندگان و اثربخشی آن از دیدگاه کارکنان آموزش دهنده سلامت مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان قائمشهر انجام گردید
مواد و روشها: تعداد 190 نفر از کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی شهرستان قائمشهر که در امر آموزش بهداشت فعالیت داشتند، در سال 95 در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزارهای مطالعه، پرسشنامه سنجش اثربخشی آموزش و پرسشنامه بررسی نگرش به آموزش بودند. داده ها جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روشهاي آمار توصفي، همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره مورد تجزه و تحلل قرار گرفتند. ملاحظات اخلاقی در يييتمامی مراحل مطالعه در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: متوسط سن نمونه های مورد مطالعه 7/64± 38 سال بوده و 78/4درصد نمونه ها، زن و 21/6درصد نمونهها، مرد بودند. به ترتیب 45/3، 42/1 و 6/12 درصد افراد مورد مطالعه، اثربخشی آموزشی خود را خوب، متوسط و ضعیف توصیف کردند. در حدود 97/9% کارکنان آموزش دهنده سلامت نسبت به آموزش به مراجعه کنندگان مراکز بهداشتی درمانی نگرش مثبت داشتند. بین اثربخشی آموزش و نگرش نسبت به آموزش مراجعه کنندگان ارتباط مثبت معنیدار یافت گردید p<0.001
نتیجه گیری: بین متغیر نگرش نسبت به آموزش و اثربخشی آموزشی ارتباط مثبت معنی دار مشاهده شد. لذا میتوان از ارتباط این دو متغیر، در برنامه ریزی جهت ارتقای سطح یک آموزش موثر توسط آموزش دهندگان استفاده نمود.
