تعارض تصمیم گیری در انتخاب روش زایمان در مادران نخست زا

چکیده
زمینه واهداف: زایمان طبیعی بهترین نوع زایمان محسوب میشود. در برخی موارد عواملی منجر به تعارضاتی در تصمیمگیری انتخاب نوع زایمان توسط مادر می شود. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین تعارض تصمیم گیری درانتخاب روش زایمان در مادران نخستزای مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر بابل بود
. مواد و روشها: مطالعه به صورت مقطعی توصیفی-تحلیلی با نمونه گیری خوشهای برروی 161 مادران نخست زا انجام شد. پرسشنامه استاندارد تعارض تصمیم گیری افراد کم سواد پس از تائید روایی و پایایی به کار گرفته شد.داده ها با استفاده از SPSS16 و از طریق آنالیز واریانس و پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تمام مراحل تحقیق با رعایت موازین اخلاقی پژوهش و تکمیل فرضیات انجام گردید
. یافته ها: میانگین سن خانمهای باردار3/5 ± 24/9سال بود و 27/3% (44 نفر) نهاتصمیم به سزارین داشتند. میانگین نمره چهار زیردامنه تعارض تصمیم گیری شامل آگاهی، شفافیت ارزشهای فردی، حمایت از تصمیم و اطمینان از بهترین انتخاب در نوع زایمان به ترتیب47/2، 49/7، 36/2 و 41/2 از 100 نمره بود. آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد، زیردامنههای تعارض تصمیمگیری با یکدیگراز نظر آماری ارتباط مستقیم و معنی داری دارد (P<0.0001) بین تصمیم مادران جهت انتخاب نوع زایمان با نمره تعارض تصمیمگیری ارتباط معناداری مشاهده نشد
. نتیجه گیری: تقریبا نیمی از مادران تعارض تصمیمگیری در مورد نوع زایمان داشتند. اگرچه ارتباطی بین انتخاب نوع زایمان مادران با تعارض تصمیم گیری آنها مشاهده نشد. اما این انتخاب باید بدون هرگونه تعارض در تصمیم گیری باشد.ضرورت مداخله در راستای افزایش قدرت تصمیمگیری،مشاهده می شود.
