Structured interviews was used to assess the mental health of drivers. Non-parametric test (Mann-Whitney U) and multivariate analysis were used to data analyze.

Results: The mean age (standard deviation) of drivers was 46.5(11.44). The results showed that There is statistical significan between mean scores of depression and drivers who have or not history of accidents (p<0.001). Depression and anxiety increased the chance of accidents with OR= 3.6 and OR=2.6, respectively. Among the personality traits, only neuroticism increased the chance of accidents (OR=1.05), and other personality factors were not significant in accidents.
