چكيده
زمينه و هدف:
آسيب ناشي از اجسام نوك تيز سبب ايجاد نگراني، انجام آزمايش ها و دارو درماني مي شود. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي فراواني و عوامل مرتبط با آسيب ناشي از اجسام نوك تيز در بين دانشجويان پزشكي و پرستاري بود.
مواد و روش ها:
طي يك مطالعه مقطعي، اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه از 150 دانشجوي پرستاري و پزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهيد بهشتي جمع 0 و / آوري شد كه شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيك، دفعات، محل و علت آسيب بود. شاخص روايي محتوايي و پايايي پرسشنامه به ترتيب 83 ويرايش 16 و با استفاده از آزمون مربع كاي و دقيق فيشر تحليل شد. SPSS 0/78 اطلاعات با استفاده از برآورد گرديد.
يافته ها:
48 درصد و در دانشجويان / %41/3 از دانشجويان، حداقل يكبار دچار آسيب شده بودند. شيوع آسيب در بين دانشجويان پزشكي 4 28 درصد بود. اطلاعات قبلي براي پيشگيري در دانشجويان پزشكي 66 درصد و پرستاري 100 درصد بود. بيشترين / پرستاري 3 47 درصد و 22 / آسيب ها در بخش اورژانس و داخلي، بيشترين وسيله منجر به آسيب در دانشجويان پزشكي سوزن بخيه و سرنگ ( 6 34 درصد) بود. بي احتياطي و حوا سپرتي عامل اصلي وقوع اين / 34 درصد و 6 / درصد) و در دانشجويان پرستاري آنژيوكت و سرنگ ( 6 آسيبها بود. انگشت دوم دست چپ و راست بترتيب 31 درصد و 26 درصد آسيب ديده بودند.
نتيجه گيري:
با توجه به بالا بودن شيوع آسيب در دانشجويان پزشكي و پرستاري، برنامه ريزي هاي آموزشي دقيق به منظور كاهش خطر آسيب ضروري است. همچنين با توجه به آسيب بيشتر در انگشتان دوم در هر دو دست، مقاوم سازي دستكش ها در انگشتان دوم پيشنهاد مي شود.

Background and aim:
Sharp injuries are very common among health care workers. They make injured worker concern and they need fallow up with diagnostic tests and preventive medications. The aim of this study was to investigate prevalence of sharp injuries, locations and their main causes among medical and nursing students.
Materials and methods:
This was a cross-sectional study. Data was collected by a questionnaire containing demographic characteristics, frequency of sharp injuries, the ward that sharp injuries was occurred, locations of injury and reasons for them. Estimated content validity index and Reliability of questionnaire were 0.831 and 0.786. Data was analyzed by Chi-square test and Fisher’s exact test using SPSS 16.
Findings:
In 41.3% of students sharp injuries had been occurred at least once. The prevalence’s were 48.4% in medical and 28.3% in nursing students. 66% of medical students and 100% of nursing students had been received preventing information. Most injuries were occurred in the emergency and internal medicine wards. Indiscretions and distraction were the main causes of injuries. The second finger of left and right hand was the most common place of sharp injuries and the injury rate were 31% and 26% respectively.
Conclusion:
This study showed a high prevalence of sharp injuries among medical and nursing students. Thus, to reduce the sharp injuries, precise educational programs are suggested. According to the results more injuries were happened in the second finger of both hands, strengthening of the gloves in these areas is recommended.
