پيامدهاي آموزشي رويكردهاي نوين تدريس در آموزش باليني پرستاري

چكيده
زمينه و هدف:
آموزش باليني يكي از اركان مهم آموزش پرستاري محسوب ميشود. شايستگي فرهنگي به عنوان يكي از پيامدهاي آموزش باليني، موضوع مهم در آموزش پزشكي و پرستاري است كه به واسطه آن، ارايه دهندگان مراقبت توانايي كاركردن به طور مؤثر را پيدا ميكنند.
شايستگي فرهنگي از طريق اجرا و به كارگيري هدفمند برخي راهبردها و فرايندهاي يادگيري به دست مي آيد. هدف از نگارش مق اله حاضر، مروري بر رويكردهاي نوين تدريس است كه در آموزش باليني دانشجويان پرستاري به كار گرفته شده است تا از ميزان دستيابي به پيامدهاي يادگيري در حيطههاي مختلف بويژه حيطه شايستگي فرهنگي آگاهي كسب شود.
مواد و روش ها:
و با استفاده از Irandoc ،SID ،Iran medex ،Magiran مطالعه مروري حاضر بر اساس جستجو در پايگاههاي اطلاعاتي فارسي شامل كليد واژه هاي آموزش باليني، آموزش باليني در پرستاري، روشهاي نوين تدريس، روشهاي نوين تدريس در آموزش باليني صورت گرفت. در مجموع 62 مقاله ايراني استخراج شد كه پس از مطالعه و تحليل، 26 مقاله مرتبط انتخاب گرديد.
يافته ها:
از ميان 26 مطالعه مرور شده، نقشه مفهومي و همكار آموزش باليني هر كدام 6 مطالعه، انواع رويكرد هاي رايزني 4 مقاله ، رويكرد مبتني بر كامپيوتر 2 مطالعه و رويكرد تلفيقي 3 مطالعه و بقيه ساير رويكر دها را در بر گرفت.
نتيجه گيري:
مرور مطالعات رويكردهاي نوين تدريس در آموزش ياليني پرستاري ايران نشان داد كه شايستگي باليني عنصر گمشده آموزش باليني پرستاري است. با توجه به اهميت و ضرورت آن توصيه مي شود كه در رويكردهاي آموزش باليني بخصوص رويكردهاي نوين مورد توجه قرار گرفته و از مطالعات كمي و كيفي براي چگونگي سنجش و ارتقا آموزش اين عنصر مهم استفاده شود.

Abstract
Background and aim:
Clinical education is one of the principal elements of nursing education. Cultural competency as
one of the clinical education outcomes is an important issue in medical and nursing education by it
health care providers can gain the ability of working efficiently. Cultural competency can be
achieved by implementation and purposeful utilization some learning strategies and processes. The
purpose of this article is an overview of utilization of new teaching approaches in clinical education
of nursing students and getting information about achieving to learning outcomes, particularly in the
cultural competence field.
Materials and Methods:
This was a review article. Persian databases, including Magiran, IranMedex, SID and Irandoc were
searched using keyword's clinical training, nursing, innovative teaching methods, clinical education.
A total of 62 articles were collected, then 26 relevant articles were included in the final analysis
Results:
Among related studies, six concept maps, six clinical education related, four varieties of mentorship
approaches, three blended clinical teaching, and two computer-based approach were reviewed and
the rest were other approaches.
Conclusion:
The results showed that cultural competency is a missing component in nursing education.
Considering the importance and necessity of cultural competency, it is recommended that clinical
education approaches particularly innovative strategies should use. The qualitative and quantitative
methods should use for assessment and improvement of education of this important component.
