رابطه حمایت اجتماعی، کیفیت زندگی و سرزندگی با اضطراب حاملگی زنان نخست‌زا

زمینه و هدف: اضطراب حاملگی بهویژه در زنان نخستزا یکی از شایعترری مشرکلا روانشرناتتی دوران برارداری اسرت کره ممک است پیامدهای منفی به همراه داشته باشد. ایر مطالعره برا هرد تعیری رابطره حمایرت اجتمرایی، کیفیرت زنردگی و سرزندگی با اضطراب حاملگی زنان نخستزا انجام شد.
روش و مواد: در ای مطالعه مقطعی همبستگی، 120 زن باردار نخستزای مراجعهکننده به مراکز بهداشرتی -درمران ی اهرواز برا روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از چهار پرسشنامه حمایت اجتمایی، کیفیت زندگی، سررزندگی و اضطراب حاملگی جمعآوری و با استفاده از نرمافزار 19-SPSS و آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسرون و رگرسریون چندگانره برا مرد همزمان تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگی )انحرا معیار( س زنان باردار نخستزای شرکت کننده در مطالعه )4/ 1( 9/24 سا بود. همچنی میرانگی )انحرا معیار( حمایت اجتمایی، کیفیت زندگی و سرزندگی به ترتیب )9/6( 2/37، )6/13( 7/72 و )2/6( 3/28 برود . اضرطراب حاملگی زنان نخستزا با افزایش حمایت اجتمایی، کیفیت زندگی، و سرزندگی کاهش پیدا کرد ) 01/ 0<P(. متغیرهای پیشبری یعنی حمایت اجتمایی، کیفیت زندگی و سرزندگی توانستند 2/ 31% از تغییرا اضطراب حاملگی زنران نخسرت زا را پریش بینری کنند ) 001/ 0<P(.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد افزایش حمایت اجتمایی، کیفیت زندگی و سرزندگی منجر بره کراهش اضرطراب حراملگی زنران نخستزا گردید
