مدل مفهومي امنيت غذا و تغذيه در ايران

زمينه و هدف: با اينکه تامين امنيت غذايي پايدار يک دغدغه ملي و فراملي مي باشد، اما هنوز روش هاي مختلفي براي اندازه گيري آن وجود دارد. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين يک مدل مفهومي با قابليت سنجش همه ي ابعاد امنيت غذايي در کشور طراحي شده است.

روش و مواد: مطالعه ي فوق به صورت کيفي و در سه مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا مدل هاي مفهومي در زمينه امنيت غذا و تغذيه بررسي شدند سپس از کارشناسان ستادي و استاني بهبود تغذيه جامعه به صورت هدفمند نظرخواهي شد و در نهايت براي ارائه ي يک مدل مفهومي با در نظر گرفتن همه ي ابعاد موثر جلسه بحث متمرکز با حضور کارشناسان مسئول تغذيه دانشگاه ها و خبرگان به صورت يک روزه تشکيل شد.

يافته ها: در اين الگو كه به منظور نشان دادن عوامل موثر بر تغذيه و امنيت غذايي طراحي شده است ، در مجموع « سبد غذايي » كه به محيط خانواده آورده مي شود با عوامل کلان(فرهنگي) و عوامل خرد(عادات غذايي و شيوه زندگي) در ارتباط بوده و با توجه به وضعيت سلامت محيط خانوار و افراد درون خانه« سفره خانوار » را شكل مي دهد .

نتيجه گيري: اين مدل مفهومي مي تواند درتوصيف وضعيت، تحليل علل و عوامل، برنامه ريزي و سياستگذاري عرصه ي غذا و تغذيه کاربرد داشته باشد. همچنين به منظور تعيين سهم و نقش هريک از دستگاه هاي متولي مي تواند به کار گرفته شود.
