طراحی و روانسنجی ابزاری برای ارزیابی اخلاق حرفهای اعضای هیأتعلمی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اخلاق حرفهای در مؤسسات آموزش عالی نقش مهمی در آمادهسازی نسل جوان برای آینده ایفا میکند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و روانسنجی ابزاری برای سنجش اخلاق حرفهای اعضای هیأتعلمی در دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه از روش مدلیابی مبتنی بر الگوی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. جامعه هدف پژوهش حاضر را کلیه اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاه ارومیه تشکیل دادند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و برای نمونهگیری از روش تصادفی ـ طبقهای نسبتی استفاده شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته اخلاق حرفهای در دو بعد آموزش و پژوهش است که روایی محتوای آن با نظر متخصصان و روایی سازه آن از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأیید شد. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 96/0 و 98/0 محاسبه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS 22 و SmartPLS3 انجام شد.
یافتهها: مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای اعضای هیأتعلمی در بعد آموزشی شامل شخصیت، توانمندی حرفهای، مهارت ارتباطی، ارزشیابی دانشجویان و تعهد سازمانی و در بعد پژوهشی شامل صلاحیت تخصصی، ویژگی فردی، انتخاب موضوع و بیان مسأله، چارچوب نظری پژوهش، طرح پژوهش، جمعآوری، تحلیل و تفسیر، نتیجهگیری و ارائه گزارش و اخلاق در منبعنویسی بود (0.01>P). تمامی مؤلفهها بین اعضای هیأتعلمی از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار بود.
نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش ابزاری را برای سنجش اخلاق حرفهای اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاهها ارائه کرد. به کارگیری این ابزار برای ارزیابی و ارتقای کیفیت عملکرد اساتید و بهبود امر آموزش و پژوهش توصیه میشود.
