نقش اخلاق نانوفناوری پزشکی در عرصه پژوهشهای زیستپزشکی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: فناوری نانو نقطه تلاقی اصول مهندسی، فیزیک، زیستشناسی، پزشکی و شیمی است و برای کاربرد این علوم برای ساخت محصولات کاملاً جدید عمل میکند. تحقیقات نانوفناوری به صورت قابل توجهی در یک دهه گذشته گسترش یافته و اخیراً با توسعه پژوهشهای نانو در پزشکی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه با هدف شناخت مهمترین مسائل اخلاقی در تحقیقات حوزه نانو فناوری پزشکی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مروری، مقالات مرتبط از طریق جستجوی اینترنتی کلیدواژههای فناوری نانو (Nanotechnology) یا نانوفناوری پزشکی (Nanomedicine) و اخلاق زیستی (Bioethics) یا اخلاق نانو (Nonoethics) و ریسک (Risk) یا ایمنی (Safety) در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی، به صورت هدفمند بازیابی و مورد مطالعه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: مسائل اخلاقی که در این حوزه تحقیقات نانو پزشکی که باید درنظر گرفته شوند، زیرمجموعهای از اصول اخلاقی است که عموماً در پژوهشهای زیستی مد نظر قرار میگیرند، با این تفاوت که ویژگیهای خاص نانوذرات، از جمله ناشناختهبودن عوارض جانبی و تنوع آنها، توجه به این اصول را با در نظرگرفتن پیشفرضهایی که در رابطه با عواقب این فناوری وجود دارد، حائز اهمیت میسازد. در رابطه با نقش اخلاق در نانوفناوری پزشکی، مسائل اخلاقی مرتبط شناختهشده عبارت از احترام به خودمختاری، رضایت آگاهانه، حفظ حریم خصوصی و محرمانگی، زیانبارنبودن و کنترل توانایی بشر، عدالت و دسترسی بودند.
نتیجهگیری: اصول اخلاقی در پژوهشهای زیستی، میبایستی در هر سه مقطع پیشگیری، تشخیص و درمان به طور جدی اجرایی شوند تا از افراد موضوع پژوهش که داوطلبانه در پیشرفت دانش مشارکت میکنند، حفاظت گردد.
