بهرهگیری از اصول رهبری اخلاقی چین باستان برای ارتقای مدیریت نوین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با جهانیشدن سازمانها در عصر نوین، انجام فعالیتهای سازمانی در چارچوب منشور اخلاقی از ضرورتهای هر سازمانی است، به طوری که رهبری یک سازمان بر تصویر، هویت و شهرت آن از طریق به کارگیری راهبردهای رقابتی به شکل اصول اخلاقی اثر میگذارد. از این رو، هدف این پژوهش تطبیق روشهای مدیریتی فلاسفه چین به منظور حکمرانی در عصر قدیم با اندیشهها و تفکرات صاحبنظران مدیریت در عصر نوین است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه تطبیقی، به مقایسه ویژگیها و مؤلفههای مدیریت غربی و مدیریت شرقی با توجه به دو طرح تثلیث فکری و دینی پرداخته شد. ابتدا، مبانی نظری مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گفت، سپس تفکرات اندیشمندان چین باستان و صاحبنظران عصر حاضر تحلیل و نقد گردیده و در نهایت بر روی نکات اصلی پژوهش، یعنی اخلاق و رهبری تمرکز گردید.
یافتهها: در این پژوهش اصول رهبری و اخلاق، اصول انتخاب بر اساس شایستگی، جذب و نگهداری افراد، پاداش مبتنی بر مشارکت و مدیریت مشارکتی به عنوان اصول کلیدی مدیریت مردم در چین باستان شناسایی شد که ارتباط نزدیکی با اصول مدیریت در جهان امروزی دارد. همچنین با وجود تفاوت بین فلسفههای مدیریتی غرب و شرق، استفاده از برخی از فلسفههای شرقی برای سازمانهای غربی میتواند سودمند باشد.
نتیجهگیری: اصول اخلاقی رهبری و مدیریت سازمانی باستان میبایست برای حفظ و بقای سازمانها تجدید و احیا شوند، زیرا لازمه ارتقای شیوههای مدیریت نوین توسط رهبر یک سازمان، توجه به این شیوهها در قالب الزامات اخلاقی است.
