رابطه بین اخلاق کاری و سبک مدیریت با رضایت شغلی کارکنان دانشگاه

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق کاری و سبک مدیریت با رضایت شغلی کارکنان دانشگاه مازندران انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش، همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری 102 نفر از کارکنان تحت سرپرستی مدیران دانشکده‌های (دانشکده‌های علوم انسانی، اقتصاد، هنر و معارف) تشکیل داده‌اند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 75 نفر به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای بر حسب جنسیت تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد اخلاق کاری پتی، سبک مدیریت محمد حسنی و رضایت شغلی بوده است. اطلاعات حاصل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 21 و آزمون‌های آماری كولموگروف ـ اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون مقایسه میانگین تحلیل گردید.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین اخلاق کاری و مؤلفه‌های آن، سبک مدیریت و مؤلفه آن با رضایت شغلی کارکنان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد همچنین بین جنسیت، مدرک تحصیلی و رشته تحصیلی با میانگین نمره اخلاق کاری کارکنان و رضایت شغلی کارکنان ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد، بین مدرک تحصیلی و رشته تحصیلی با میانگین نمره سبک مدیریت ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد، اما بین جنسیت و میانگین نمره سبک مدیریت ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از رابطه بین اخلاق کاری و سبک مدیریت با رضایت شغلی کارکنان دانشگاه مازندران بوده است. به عبارتی ادراكات كاركنان از اخلاقیات حاكم بر كار و سبک مدیریتی حاکم بر سازمان با رضایت شغلی آنان رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد.
