رابطه اخلاق حرفهای با مدیریت دانش و درگیری شغلی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: از الزامات حیاتی برای سازمانهای امروزی مدیریت دانش و درگیری شغلی است كه این مهم میتواند در پرتوی اخلاق حرفه توسعه یابد. با درك این مسأله پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه اخلاق حرفهای با مدیریت دانش و درگیری شغلی انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن کلیه دبیران زن زاهدان در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بود (175 نفر). به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی تعداد 120 دبیر زن از طریق سه پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفهای (گریگوری، 1990 م.)، مدیریت دانش (بهات، 2001 م.) و درگیری شغلی (لاداهل و کنجر، 1965 م.) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ورگرسیون چندگانه با کمک نرمافزار SPSS 21 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: مقدار ضرایب همبستگی اخلاق حرفهای و مؤلفههای آن: دلبستگی و علاقه به كار، پشتكار و جدیت در كار، روابط سالم و انسانی و روح جمعی و مشاركت در كار با مدیریت دانش به ترتیب برابر با 0/346، 0/395، 0/234، 0/219 و 0/216 بود (0/01>p). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که اخلاق حرفهای 18/2 درصد از واریانس مدیریت دانش را تببین میکند که از بین مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای فقط مؤلفه دلبستگی و علاقه به کار با مقدار (0/51) β از توان پیشبینی مدیریت دانش برخوردار بوده است (0/01>p). دیگر یافته نشان داد که مقدار ضرایب همبستگی اخلاق حرفهای و مؤلفههای آن: دلبستگی و علاقه به كار، پشتكار و جدیت در كار، روابط سالم و انسانی و روح جمعی و مشاركت در كار با درگیری شغلی به ترتیب برابر با 0/497، 0/519، 0/412، 0/292 و 0/31 بود (0/01>p). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که اخلاق حرفهای 3/29 درصد از واریانس درگیری شغلی را تببین میکند که از بین مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای فقط مؤلفه دلبستگی به کار با مقدار β (0/486) از توان پیشبینی درگیری شغلی برخوردار بوده است (0/01>p).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها به مدیران مدارس توصیه میشود تلاشهای خود را جهت استقرار فضای کاری اخلاق مدارانه و تشویق و ترغیب معلمان به انجام فعالیتهای کاری معطوف نمایند تا از این طریق بتوان به ارتقای مدیریت دانش و درگیری شغلی معلمان امیدوار بود.
